We celebrate the retirement of Arland Ropes, Community Manager at our Kokomo, IN community, Walnut Creek, after 18 years. Arland is joy itself and she inspires those around her. Arland has led the community to be one of #ZMG's top performing communities in our portfolio, consistently high resident satisfaction, and recently being awarded Community of the Year at the 2022 Midwest Multifamily Conference.
Beyond the community's landmark achievements, Arland has been a true treasure to our #ZMGfamily and she will be dearly missed. Thank you for all you have done, given, and inspired at ZMG and we wish you the most wonderful retirement with your husband.
