ZMG celebrates the opening of the first building of our ground-up development with The Village at Sandstone Apartments in Greenwood, Indiana!

The Village at Sandstone Apartments is a phase two project that boasts 5 new buildings, 120-units and upgraded amenities and clubhouse to be shared by both phases. Buildings are slated to go-live consecutively following the first building with the target of all buildings live in the summer of 2024.
We are extremely proud of our team for executing on this project during difficult supply chain shortages and overcoming the hurtles of our first development. We thank our partners for making this possible.
