MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

In coordination with the Property Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “market ready” status in a timely manner and according to the Property Manager’s time table. This position will also handle service requests and work orders in a timely manner as assigned by the Property Manager and/or the Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Technician will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for customers, visitors, and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner as well as other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.

Leasing Consultant

We are looking for a competent Leasing Consultant, with Yardi experience, to undertake the leasing activities on behalf of property owners. The successful candidate will effectively explore the market to identify opportunities and secure tenants.We offer competitive pay plus generous commission structure. $100 per move in that the Leasing Consultant gets to fully keep, plus $125 per renewal split between all the employees within the property. We also offer annual bonus plus quarterly commissions based on certain KPIs being met.
