ZMG's first ground-up development, The Village at Sandstone Apartments, is a phase II to our existing community, Sandstone Apartments in Greenwood, IN.
Coming 2024, The Village at Sandstone Apartments continues to take shape with exterior finishes being installed by our team. The finishes feature a timeless brick and stone with bright siding accents.
The project features five, three-story buildings, consisting of 120 units, offering 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes.
Additionally, renovations to the clubhouse, office, and fitness center are also underway and nearly completed. Our team is also welcoming new amenities to the community such as a bark park, playground, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen, pickleball courts, and full-sized basketball court.
