Responsibilities
Oversees and advises the Accounting Department. Assists the Accounting team with bank recs, invoice processing, and reconciling accounts with the vendors. Coordinates with the Regional Managers and Port Folio Managers for the properties and the property management on yearly projections and budgets. Tracks cash flow and assists in the acquisition and selling of assets.
