Oversees the maintenance of ZMG's facilities throughout his portfolio of communities. Responsibile for coordinating and planning all maintenance activities, analyzing reliability issues, equipment needs, and predictive or preventative maintenance measures. Overseeing or planning repair, installation, and upkeep activities throughout the portfolio. Also respoonsible for creating and maintaining relationships with service providers and contractors, inspect the elements of the properties to determine if repairs are necessary, check the systems for functionality, and ensure compliance with all safety and health policies.
