Establishes and maintains control of diverse business operations, strategies, procedures, and policies. Chad is responsible for designing comprehensive goals for performance and growth of ZMG's acquisition and development portfolios.
Additionally, Chad oversees daily operations of the company and works with our leadership team, while analyzing and interpreting data and metrics to ensure peak performance.

My Story
Proud husband to wife Lisa, and father to children Morgan, Morgan, and Luke. Traveling with my family always is a highlight both throughout the U.S. and abroad. I prefer college over pro sports and actively support my Indiana University (IU) alma mater teams. Helping guide others to their fullest unique potential is something I take great interest in. When not at work, you can catch me brushing up my golf game and cheering my children on in their active lives.
