Construction Administrator

Responsibilities

Evaluate construction projects and ensure compliance to all budgets for contract services and coordinate with Portfolio Managers to review all projects and maintain estimates and track all invoices and work orders. Working from the head office (and visiting construction sites) you will be able to use your knowledge and expertise in presenting progress reports and meetings to multiple stakeholders, as well as managing day-to-day operations.
