Zidan Management Group's first in-house development in Greenwood, IN, Sandstone Court Phase II, is taking shape with building frames going up! The project remains ahead of schedule; slated to go live in 2024. Phase II will feature five, three-story buildings consisting of 120 units, offering 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes with beautiful finishes for our future residents to enjoy.
This project is a pilot project for #ZMG to establish our in-house operating processes for continued develop projects in the future.
