Full Time employees are eligible for medical insurance on their 90th day of employment. Employee will be responsible for a portion of the premium. ZMG uses Anthem as an insurance provider. For single plans, ZMG covers up to 75% of the monthly premium, employees are only responsible for 25%.

Medical Insurance

Full Time employees are eligible for medical insurance on their 90th day of employment. Dental insurance provides two annual cleanings free of charge. Employee will be responsible for a portion of the premium. ZMG uses Anthem as an insurance provider.

Dental Insurance

Full Time employees are eligible for medical insurance on their 90th day of employment. Employee will be responsible for a portion of the premium. ZMG uses Anthem as an insurance provider.

Vision Insurance

Full Time employees are eligible for medical insurance on their 90th day of employment. Basic life insurance is provided at no cost to the employee and has a policy up to $25k. Voluntary insurance can be purchased by the employee up to $200k. ZMG uses Anthem as an insurance provider.

Life Insurance

All employees (Full time and Part time) are eligible for a Telemedicine coverage at no cost to the employee. This includes the ZMG employee + every person in the household. You can chat/video chat or call a licensed doctor to receive consultation which would include basic prescriptions. This coverage has both Telemedicine plus counseling.

First Stop Health-Telemedicine

ZMG covers all medical deductible expenses after the first $3k paid by the employee. This applies only to medical insurance.

Health Reimbursement Arrangement

Full Time employees are eligible for the ZMG 401k Traditional and/or ROTH plan. Eligibility will be on the first day of the month following the first 90 days of employment. ZMG will match $0.50/$1.00 up to $4.00 (2%). This includes bonuses, commissions, and other income.

401(k) Matching & Savings Plans

ZMG employees are eligible to waived signing and deposit fees, along with a 20% rental concession if employee elects to live at any ZMG community.

Housing Concession

New ZMG employees are eligible for ten (10) days of vacation in their first year with that number increasing as the years of employment increase. Employees are eligible to start using their PTO after ninety (90) days of employment.

Paid Time Off

Full Time employees are afforded forty (40) hours of paid sick leave per calendar year. Upon completion of their 90th day of employment, the total forty (40) hours of paid sick leave are frontloaded to the employee.

Paid Sick Leave

ZMG employees receive eight (8) full days of holiday and their birthday as paid time off.

Full Time employees are provided ongoing professional development opportunities funded by ZMG. Such development ranges from nationally-recognized industry certifications, quarterly industry expert sessions and more.
