Our goal

Housing will always be an essential human need and the multifamily industry will always be essential to filling that need. With the current economic condition and more stringent loan requirements for home buyers, there is an increased demand for apartments. This demand is furthered by the increased renter pool and relatively constrained new construction. In addition, the current economic conditions will present the opportunity to capitalize on “distressed” assets in the multifamily sector as developers and under-capitalized owners face severe liquidity issues.
ZMG is primarily focused on B class properties in the Midwest market—properties which need improvement in management and condition. These properties offer the opportunity for significant increases in revenue and value in a short period of time.

2004— Largest real estate acquisition in the state of Indiana, 1,504 units.
2005— Purchased three struggling properties for $20,250,000.
2006— 2nd largest real estate acquisition in the state of Indiana, 1,315 units.

2011— Purchased two struggling properties with a total of more than 350 units
Who We Are
Zidan Management Group, Inc. is a rapidly growing multi-family property management company. Founded in 2001 by brothers Hani and Raed Zidan, ZMG specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of multifamily apartment and townhome complexes in the Midwest. Based in Indianapolis, ZMG currently owns and manages approximately 5,000 apartment units with a total market value in excess of $300,000,000. In 2008, ZMG was honored by the Indianapolis Business Journal as the 4th fastest growing of Indianapolis area private companies.
What We Do
To help fuel such dramatic growth, ZMG maintains a highly effective asset management team encompassing the areas of accounting, human resources, and property operation. ZMG has extensive knowledge and experience in asset management including acquisition, due-diligence, and debt/equity financing. Property management expertise includes lease-up, expense control, and major rehabilitation. Our apartment communities are self-sufficient and fully staffed with on-site management, leasing, and maintenance personnel. State-of-the art software ensures that all properties and employees have up-to-date information available at their fingertips allowing for the most effective asset management possible. This combination of careful planning, property improvement, and ongoing reassessment invariably results in increased profits and market value.
