Zidan Management Group, Inc. (ZMG) is a rapidly growing property management company.

Founded in 2001 by Hani Zidan and Raed Zidan and based in Indianapolis, ZMG specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of multi-family apartment and town home complexes in the Midwest.  ZMG currently owns and manages about 5,000 apartment units with a total market value in excess of three hundred million dollars.  Through careful planning and ongoing review, ZMG has grown tremendously – from managing 96 units with revenues of $438,000 in 2002 to managing approximately 5,000 units with revenues of nearly $30,000,000 in early 2007.  From their first project which saw a $1,700,000 increase in market value in the first 8 months (while increasing occupancy from 40% to 100%) to the more recently acquired 1,500 units near Notre Dame University which increased in value by $35,000,000 in less than a year, ZMG has shown continued success.  ZMG has earned a reputation for increasing revenues and decreasing costs to produce improved asset values.
