Raed Zidan, the founder of Zidan Management Group, Inc., serves as the company’s President. Raed is responsible for the supervision of all company operations including, but not limited to, property acquisitions, financing, contractual agreements, property progression and management, and internal company structure and management. An entrepreneur with an impressive understanding of the market, Raed has launched several unrelated companies as well. One of those ventures, L.I.N.C., provided pay phone service in the South Bend Area. In four short years L.I.N.C. grew from 20 payphones to 1,100 and was the largest independent payphone company based in the state of Indiana. While at L.I.N.C., Raed was instrumental in helping to obtain the October 2000 rulings from the IURC that resulted in the refunds of tens of millions of dollars in overcharges billed by Ameritech. He also assisted in restructuring tariffs that reduced residential and business phone bills from Ameritech, Verizon, and Sprint
Hani Zidan

Hani Zidan, co-founder of Zidan Management Group Inc., serves as the company’s Vice- President. In addition to his supervisory role in the company, Hani has brought his expertise in the areas of risk management and future market value analysis to Zidan Management Group. These skills have proven to be a vital asset in terms of the growth and stability of the company. Hani’s role as the company’s official “Sounding Board” has helped make Zidan Management one of the fastest growing Indiana companies while at the same time affording them the luxury of well balanced, highly secure investments. Hani began his career in the early 1990’s at Minet Group Services Limited Insurance Company in the U.K and moved from there to Raps & Co. in Austria. After relocating to the U.S., he helped launch L.I.N.C., which became Indiana’s largest Independent Payphone Service Provider.
Ayman Assaf

Ayman Assaf has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2004. Ayman works directly with the President in the acquisition, financing, and property management of properties including due diligence and financial projections. Prior to joining ZMG, Ayman served as CFO of a large broker-dealer in the Chicago Stock Exchange. Ayman was responsible for overseeing the preparation of corporate consolidations and SEC reporting. Prior to that, Ayman worked as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte and Touche. Notable clients include Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and the Chicago Board of Trade. Ayman received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Jordan-Amman and his Masters of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ayman is a Certified Public Accountant and has his Series 7 license.
Ayman Yasin

Ayman Yasin has served as a Regional Manager for ZMG since 2002. Ayman is responsible for the overall management of operations, assets, and budgets for multiple properties. Ayman has daily contact with property managers and other personnel to ensure revenue targets and company objectives are achieved. In addition to the properties he oversees, Ayman focuses on repair and maintenance issues that occur at other properties and oversees the vendors for all properties.

JaNan Brooks has served as a Regional Manager for ZMG since 2004. JaNan is responsible for the overall management of operations, assets, and budgets for multiple properties. JaNan has daily contact with property managers and other personnel to ensure revenue targets and company objectives are achieved. In addition to the properties she oversees, JaNan focuses on leasing office training, policies, and procedures at other properties. Having expanded on the knowledge she brought from her previous position of Community Manager for AIMCO she is an invaluable asset utilitzed by all properties for her leasing knowledge.
Andrea Wunnenberg

Andrea Wunnenberg has served as a Human Resources Manager for ZMG since 2008. Andrea is responsible for all human resource (employee) functions including, but not limited to, recruitment, compensation, benefits, COBRA administration, workers’ compensation, and employee relations. Prior to joining ZMG, Andrea served as a Human Resource Specialist at Sallie Mae, Inc., a student loan servicing firm. Andrea received her B.S. in Human Resource Management and Business Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, in 2007
Elizabeth Jones

Elizabeth Jones has been with ZMG since 2007. Elizabeth is responsible for the accounts payable for 15 properties as well as the corporate office. Responsibilities include processing vendor payments, reviewing invoices and credit card purchases, analyzing expenses and utility usage. Elizabeth received her B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University.
